Case study Our company
HypePilot
Everything we sell, we run. We use Viable Coding and Viable Teams on our own products, and clients get the system we already work in.

Why we do it ourselves
We built our AI development setup to run our own products before selling it to anyone, and we still run on it. What a client gets is the system our own team uses every day.
How we build
- Every feature starts as a written plan, researched against the codebase, before anyone writes code.
- Screens are wireframed first, as a gray Storybook story for each state, and the client agrees to the set before anything is built.
- Approved wireframes become static pages, then finished pages, so progress is visible at every step.
- Most of the code is generated against the plan on the Viable Coding setup, with tests, linting, and type checks keeping it in line.
How we run the team
- Our engineers work the way a Viable Teams developer does: under our CTO's technical direction, with project management and a written engineering report every two weeks.
- Our operations run on automation we built: project and client tracking that stays in sync, and team reporting that posts itself every weekday.
What we're building
Right now we're building a new product this way, starting from its wireframes. LiveShift, our A/B testing product, was built the same way.
The first step is an assessment.
We look at how you're set up around AI development and tell you where the biggest risks and opportunities are.
