Who it's for
For companies that already have developers and want to teach them how to use AI properly. You're already using AI, but you're not getting consistent performance across the team.
Vibe coding gets you to a prototype. Viable Coding gets you to production. AI does the heavy lifting, and experienced engineers stay accountable for architecture, security, correctness, testing, robustness, and production readiness.
What we do
We establish a process that raises the level of the whole development team, and install proper guardrails so AI agents build more consistently. It happens in two sessions, on your own software.
- The presentation. We walk your whole team through how development changed, how we arrived at our workflow, and how it works, step by step. Everyone who touches the software sits in on this one, developers or not.
- The setup. We put our tools and prompts into your software, along with a written read on where it stands and what to fix first. Your team reviews it before it goes in.
- Pairing. Your team uses it on real work for a week. Then we sit with your developers and work one of their own tickets through the workflow, so they see it done on their code.
- Questions. Time for your team to ask anything about the workflow, and a written read from us afterward on where they are and what to work on next.
What stays with you
Everything we put in stays with you: our tools and prompts in your software, and the written read. Nothing to cancel and nothing to renew.
If you decide you want us to do the building too, it comes with every Viable Teams developer, already done.
Where it has run
We ran Metacerius, a DevOps company with multiple teams across multiple workspaces, through the Viable Coding bootcamp, set up their workspaces with our AI development methodology, and reworked their AI setup for both Cursor and Claude Code.
Our own companies run on the same setup: Advanced POS now writes close to no code by hand, and LiveShift was built start to finish this way.

The first step is an assessment.
We look at how you're set up around AI development and tell you where the biggest risks and opportunities are.
